OUCH! We had an unexpected excursion after our Mayan ruins excursion, to the Polyclinic in town. Becca needed four stitches after she fell and had a nasty gash on her knee. The doctor and nurse were friendly and efficient. Sewing us up and sending us on our way in 20 minutes. And, no cost to us. Becca now has a Belizian medical card!
....Correction: FIVE stitches. :)
